Avoid eating red meat

According a study conducted by one prof (forget the prof name), red meat consumption can increase the risk suffer from breast cancer. Increasing red meat taking, will increasely higher the risk. which you want?? not to eat red meat or afflicted with breast cancer?? choice lies with you as consumer and human.

The heatly fruits for you and your family..

Kiwi:
Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E &fiber. It's Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.


Apple:
An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low Vitamin C content, it has antioxidants &flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.


Strawberry:
Protective fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits &protects the body from cancer causing, blood vessels clogging free radicals. (Actually, any berry is good for you..they're high in anti-oxidants and they actually keep us young....... ..blueberries are the best and very versatile in the health field....... .they get rid of all the free-radicals that invade our bodies)


Orange :
Sweetest medicine. Taking 2 - 4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer.


Watermelon:
Coolest Thirst Quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are Vitamin C &Potassium. High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

8 simple Tips to prevent Breast Cancer

Nowadays breast cancer is like a silent killer to women. Some of the cases, the cancer was at the third (3rd) or fourth (4th) stages, which is in a critical stages. There are a few simple and easy ways or tips to prevent breast cancer starting now.

  1. DO NOT wearing your bra at night (when you are sleep)
  2. AVOID to use deodorant at home or at night (when you are not outing, i cant imagine how bad your odor without use deodorant when hang out..hihi)
  3. During free time at home, you can do your own massage of your breast. This massage can smoothen the blood flow.
  4. For women that have just given birth to a child, they must be suckle their own baby. This case is a little can reduce the percentage in suffering breast cancer.
  5. Do your own check up of your breast. Check if there any bulge.
  6. Practice a health lifestyle like eating balanced and healthy food. Avoid as much as you can the red meat, as it can cause breast cancer if we take it often and in much quantity.
  7. Eat garlic (I suggest you to take 3-6 cloves of garlic in your food) as it can prevent the breast cancer. From my reading, garlic also good for those who suffering heart disease.
  8. Lastly, see doctor to examining with much further. (This is the best step you should take)
